Navigating ConcordLink

Learn how the platform is structured and how to move between key areas.

Platform hierarchy

ConcordLink is organized around a hierarchy: Home → Client → Product → Obligations/Obligors. Each level has its own dashboard and set of actions.

Navigation bar

The top navigation bar provides access to the Home dashboard, client search, and your user profile. The left sidebar (on applicable pages) lists quick links to key sections within the current context.

Dropdown menus

Many pages use dropdown menus to switch between clients, products, or time periods. Select the dropdown to expand it, then choose the desired option.
