Contact Concord Support Widget
A floating support button available on every page in ConcordLink.
ConcordLink includes a floating support button that lets you submit a support or payments inquiry to Concord without leaving the platform.
Where to find it
Look for the round Concord support button in the bottom-left corner of the screen. It's available on every page, for every signed-in user.
What happens when you use it
- Selecting the button opens a Contact Concord dialog with a short form.
- Your name and email are automatically filled in from your ConcordLink account and can't be edited. This ties every submission to a known account.
- Fill in the remaining fields and submit. Your inquiry is routed to Concord's support team, who will follow up by email.
If the form doesn't load
If the support form fails to load (for example, due to a network issue), the dialog shows a message with a direct email address instead: support@concordservicing.com. Use that address to reach support directly.
This widget is available to all ConcordLink users. If you don't see the button, check with your administrator.
